Enisca staff swapped work wear for race wear to take part in a team "Engage" day.
As part of the company's on-going Engage Programme, staff were invited to cease work and increase their speed in a day go-karting. Braving the cold, wind and rain, staff took to the track with enthusiasm and vigour, and from the first practice lap it was evident it was going to be high speed all the way! The team members to complete the track in the fastest time qualified to the next round, and as the rounds progressed and the qualifying names flashed up on screen, the competition for a podium place increased!
The day gave staff the opportunity to develop relationships with team members outside the work environment and engage in a fun activity. It was a positive experience for all involved and was seen to be a fantastic end to 2016.
